How do you ensure that you purchase the right site or house?
We will inspect the site(s) or house(s) you are considering and give you a report (Initial Site Analysis) on their potential for sustainable living. These reports that cost from $170, cover all aspects of sustainability including the potential for passive solar design. More detailed reports that also cover local council requirements and building opportunities are also available.
How do you purchase one of our design packages?
There are three possible paths:
- Purchase a standard design package
- Commission us to design a new home specifically for you and your site
- Commission us to design the extensions/renovations you require
Purchase a standard design package
We don’t sell project home type standard designs because that approach doesn’t satisfy our design principles. We strongly believe that one ‘size’ doesn’t fit all. But sometimes we can modify one of our past designs to suit your site and your needs. There are savings both in design cost and time using a standard design package.
Commission us to design a new house or renovation/extension
There are four stages in our complete design package; initial design, detailed design, documentation, and contract administration with the cost varying depending on the size and complexity of the project.
